not going now - LIAW - 25-11-2006 well I was going to be leaving you all today as my TDM was supposed to be getting bought by my brother-in-law, but as with my past attempts at selling it, it has been put on hold due to buyers sudden lack of money, so you are all going to be stuck with me for a while longer yet, but if I have still have the TDM at Christmas it will blacked out good 'n' propper, engine, frame, wheels, footrest hangers and all bodywork (attitude and motivation permitting of course) what's the last thing that goes through a flies mind as it hits you in the face, your face. not going now - TDM - 25-11-2006 [quote what's the last thing that goes through a flies mind as it hits you in the face, your face. Not so good about the demise of the aesthetics not going now - LIAW - 25-11-2006 TDM, my version of the joke was to capture peoples imagination, and besides it might hit you sideways on ! Pict, don't worry it will definately not be ratted, the black I refer to will be properly applied high gloss and maybe with some graphics, it'll be different but no less unusual ! not going now - dandywarhol - 25-11-2006 You're such a tease Laffin not going now - LIAW - 25-11-2006 QUOTE(dandywarhol @ Sat 25th Nov 2006, 09:11 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>You're such a tease Laffin ooh ooh you rotter you not going now - tdm850rider - 26-11-2006 QUOTE(laughin in a windstorm @ Sat 25th Nov 2006, 04:42 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>TDM, my version of the joke was to capture peoples imagination, and besides it might hit you sideways on ! Is this to be Blog'd with in-progress photos or a sudden unveiling at the end with 'how I did it' photos? Note the repetition of the word 'photos'....... not going now - LIAW - 26-11-2006 well to be honest I usually do have intentions of taking photos of things I do, but normally I either forget or can't be bothered. PS. if you're interested there are a few photos of things that I've made and or painted on the 'CMC' site in 'storms blog of sorts', it just gives a general idea of some of the things I do. not going now - tdm850rider - 26-11-2006 QUOTE(laughin in a windstorm @ Sun 26th Nov 2006, 01:15 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>well to be honest I usually do have intentions of taking photos of things I do, but normally I either forget or can't be bothered. Bollix. I can't move things from the basement or garage, I guess I wiil have to get the actual spraying done by a paintshop. Shouldn't be difficult, I'm only doing solid colours. not going now - LIAW - 27-11-2006 you can do it yourself, just throw some sheets over the other things in the room, even if you have very little space you can do one item at a time. not going now - King OFF the Road - 27-11-2006 A mate who used to work in a pro spray shop told me that one of the best ways to reduce the chance of dust affecting the sprayed finish when working in none ideal locations is to keep the floor wet. This keeps the dust down and it also means that any over spray does not stick to the floor. not going now - iand1947 - 27-11-2006 QUOTE(laughin in a windstorm @ Sat 25th Nov 2006, 08:42 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Pict, don't worry it will definately not be ratted, the black I refer to will be properly applied high gloss and maybe with some graphics, it'll be different but no less unusual ! Glad to know the ship is not sinking, and has left the rats not going now - Guinness - 28-11-2006 ill have to start a seperate gallery section for LIAW TDMS :-) not going now - wicklamulla - 01-12-2006 glad yer stick around ya lunatic ! not going now - LIAW - 02-12-2006 I'm hiding in the front room radiator at the moment, there's not a lot of room but it's warm and drinks don't get spilt. not going now - wicklamulla - 02-12-2006 QUOTE(laughin in a windstorm @ Sat 2nd Dec 2006, 10:44 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>I'm hiding in the front room radiator at the moment, there's not a lot of room but it's warm and drinks don't get spilt. ya but it's prolly full of spiders and cobwebs.........which taste noice (so the celebrity get me out of here peeps tell me!) not going now - nanook - 05-12-2006 QUOTE(wicklamulla @ Sat 2nd Dec 2006, 11:12 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>ya but it's prolly full of spiders and cobwebs.........which taste noice (so the celebrity get me out of here peeps tell me!) I've not posted for a few weeks and in that short space of time the standard of this board has gone down the pan!
