Signing In, Messenger Problems - Navigator1946 - 24-07-2020 This may just be me but........  Accessing the site on my laptop, the top line of the site doesn't appear to be working. I cannot open "Messenger" or get a response to the down arrow by my login name.  The "Notifications" and "Messenger" symbols are faint and don't respond.  I cannot log in from there either.  On my phone. there is a series of squares, which I use as the menu. This works just fine to get to messenger and to navigate the site. This doesn't appear on my laptop.  Can you assist me?  Thanks,  Martin Dixon Navigator1946 Signing In, Messenger Problems - Studley Ramrod - 25-07-2020 No idea why you can't access the various options Martin. Have you been a naughty boy ? Mine's working fine. Are you using an Apple laptop ? Also wondering if you auto log in with saved password and if that might be causing the issue.  I'll check the system to see if there's anything happening. EDIT: Checked out and all fine there.  If you want to view the site on your laptop so it looks/operates the same as when on your mobile, go to foot of page, click on 'Change Theme' and then select IP Board Mobile. Signing In, Messenger Problems - Navigator1946 - 25-07-2020 Thanks, Stud. Its probably me! Luddite or what! I'll go play with it. Signing In, Messenger Problems - dapleb - 25-07-2020 Notifications and messenger are prolly not selectable as you are not logged in. What happens when you try and log in? Signing In, Messenger Problems - Navigator1946 - 25-07-2020 I think I might have a problem here. Remember the problem loading photos? Well, "Change theme" button doesn't work either. "help" button responds though. I just typed a reply to dapleb on the computer, and that didn't post either. Something is definitely amiss. It's an old Acer laptop. Martin D |
