Mother's great grandson was born yesterday so she is knitting a hat etc.
My job was to make pompoms. Although I'm a Niner rider, I have never made one, but using the idea there must be a tool for everything, I ordered a kit and got busy.

Nothing wrong with that, you'll be moving on to the next essential skill - knitting. On Saturdays when us grandkids used to visit nan's, we weren't allowed out to play until we had knitted at least one dishcloth each out of string. I swear she was selling them to neighbours to pay for all her Consulate menthol smokes !

I'm not going to accuse you of only thinking of yourself....but have you merely bought that to keep yourself at the lathe making more stainless improvements ?
