If you have one is it not for your own use to check yourself before you ride. So you check yourself & get stopped you dont have one. Do you need two. Surely the police have their own & don't rely on these iffy things. If they keep going at this rate you will need a spare pannier just to carry the garb you need just for France. He same cost on the Internet. Instead of £ 8 on the ferry you can also 10 ⬠for the French police to pay a fine.
