Mk2 TDM 850 **Now Gone To A Good Home**

 

 

its not for sale its free subject to a small donation to great ormand street hozzie

 

 

its a Silver & Yellow 98 model with a seized engine & its done about 95k miles (the speedo shows 55k)

 

its got blue dot front brakes

a full stainless micron exhaust (sounds nice) a few scuffs but nothing that wet & dry wont cure

a Hagan Rear Shock

Brand new HT Caps (OEM) they cost me £75 

Full lower fairing (theres a small crack but nothing that cant be repaired)

brand new back tyre & a not so new front

the bike was dropped back in novemeber when i got caught in a snow storm & it cracked the R/Hand upper fairing & lower fairing my mate welded back the upper fairing to stop it cracking any more

the seat has a split in it (i have water proof trousers so didnt care

the handle bars did bend but not enought to realy notice

the solinde is past its sell by date & some of the wiring has suffered

 

i will be taking off the heated grips & scotioler

 

the bike has had a hard winter i used it daily to commute into London from Maldon & it shows

i wasnt going to spend any more money on it until the weather changed & it could have a real good face lift

but unfortunalty the engine siezed on the way to work so now i need the room for my new bike

 

i live in Maldon Essex (Near Chelmsford) & would like collection from  there

you are welcome to view the bike first but no kicking of tyres I know its condition & dont need reminding

 

the big is free & you will get the correct paperwork with it

Road tax will run out @ end of March so does the MOT

I might be interested in the "Lower Fairing" if you don't want it.

 

If you want a hand picking it up AliG give em a shout, more than happy to ride shotgun for ya.

Heres A photo of the bike Pre Winter

the damage to the lower fairing is where the yamaha logo is

thats where they land when you fall off Tongue

it wouldnt take much to repair the crack & half once of sence should be enough

Good try Studders, but I've got Sumitomos on mine and blue spots were already on my wish list.
