Quick pootle over to the Ponderosa and over the Denbigh Moors, Average speed cameras on just about all my favourite roads, 60mph  Huh looks like i picked the right bike...bloody freezing in Wales today though... Quick coffee stop.

Just to let my mis-spent yoof out of the bag..... Is there still a good mushroom field out the back of the sportsmans arms? Is the pub even still there? Been many years since I was last around that way.

Is that the cafe we stopped at on the, think it was A5 Dabs ? Not much protection from the elements on the Himmy eh.

Snap, the very same mucka, regular stop for me that cafe, not any more though £2 furra coffee, used to be 80 pence  Huh i'm sticking me panniers on and either carrying a flask/stove in future..

 

Protection on the Himmy really about the same as the Tdm i would say, least with that screen on, it's as i bought it, does a good job, i know they dont appeal to you but it's a right hoot in Wales, more average speed cameras than ever so it's fit for purpose...

Er dunno Dave, cant say i even noticed if the Sportman is still there i was going so fookin fast  Lol i'll look next time fer sure, 60mph down to the A5 now with ASC....bollocks..

NOICE. oil be working just 10mins away at some point next weekend will wave if oi see you headin home.. but will be da Slug rather than custard. Lubbly area dat, ewelll probably be seeing the giant golf ball at some point. It'll make sense iffing ewe do.

It'll be late Saturday arrival, we're doing no / minimal motorway.

I can pm my tellingbone no, gimme a bell when you're about and I'll get the cream teas if you're up ferret. Assuming we're local at the time etc.

Awe think oil be gone by the time ewe is dare as working Friday and Saturday and travel home in eve. Me plans may change so Def swapsie numbers as oi do loike cake !!



I am guessing you is on the boike? A great idea to avoid the motorways ...can't stand riding on em and too many good alternatives to miss. ♪┌|∵|┘♪

spent saturday at Stafford Classic show. Not many stalls there as quite a few gaps.

 

Took some pickies of unusual stuff as  I got loads of bike pics. the start up of 5 classic bikes with megaphone exhausts was amazing though.
