Last G2Gs I've organised have been based on peeps sending me the bunkhouse fee on a non-refundable basis. Then if anyone needed to drop out it was their responsibility to try to 'sell' their space to someone else. Failing this it makes my life pretty awkward as the cheques will have been already cashed - I trust the same goes again this year?
