Met Tdmpaul - Studley Ramrod - 28-02-2021

Excellent mucka them's the dog's danglies, thank yew much indeed, big kiss when i see ya  Wub

I wonder if your brackets were home made as there a different shape than the fiche !

Lew is kindly sending some flat bar he has, so i'll be on that when i'm off in a few weeks...

Met Tdmpaul - dapleb - 28-02-2021

Look loike standard bit to me.

Will prolly be of use to many that as they often git left behind.

Met Tdmpaul - Studley Ramrod - 28-02-2021

Doubt they're home made, did a good job of 'em if they are. I think Favs might have the dimensions of the large bracket.

Met Tdmpaul - dablik - 28-02-2021

Yes they do look a bit neat to be home made, wonder why the fiche shows a different shape for that fitting ! no matter them will do fine..

I'll try making one this week - CO-19 jab on Fri am :clapping:

Quote:CO-19 jab on Fri am :clapping:

I had mine last tuesday morning, a couple of days with a slight headache and feeling tired but not enough to not carry on working, that was the pfizer one.

I can't help thinking the more side effects you get off the vax the more you are likely to get it bad with the real thing, makes it easier to put up with it as well.

At 52 it worries me that my gp thinks I'm so ill to bump me up the list....

SWMBO had hers 9 days earlier at a healthcare only clinic, that was the astra one, she had no issues with it at all.

:good:  Good news Favs. Best of luck making that bracket matey, it looks to be a challenge. Lol

I had the pfizer jab a week last Friday, sore arm for a day and a few days feeling a bit tired so, extra sleep and rest. Big Grin

Seems the pfizer vaccine has that effect, it seems mostly to people who have had covid, also had headaches and vomiting the day after mine.

Swmbo also booked in for Friday, have to go right over the arse end of the pool though..

Nice job Favs. :good:  You got plenty of clearance atwix panniers and cans Dabs ?

Met Tdmpaul - dablik - 18-03-2021

Yep enough clearance for sure, have only temp fitted the rack as still need to make the other brackets, made a template which is close, really need a measurement from the bends to the hole, i got busy with some Mathematics for the template  Lol

Exhausts are coming off and will be getting sold on, reverting back to single..

Met Tdmpaul - Studley Ramrod - 18-03-2021

Do you mean the measurements for the bracket wot oi gave details of ?

Met Tdmpaul - dablik - 18-03-2021

Yes, measurements are good but really needed a measure from beginning of bend to 10ml hole to get it right both sides, ive judged it off the right angle measurements of the whole bracket..

Edit...wot i mean is a measurement of the internal side from the bends to be more accurate, i've used the external ones of 23mm and 40mm, will make a bracket up soon and see how close that fits..

Met Tdmpaul - Studley Ramrod - 19-03-2021

Pretty sure you don't need to be micro-meter accurate Dabs, fitting the whole shebang requires some, errr, persuasive adjustment anyhoos.  The 2 small brackets are slightly off angle on mine, only way I could get the lot fitted together.

Met Tdmpaul - dablik - 19-03-2021

I have enough flat bar to make a few if it goes a bit wonky  :good:
