Well worn.  Can you still get new parts for the engine ?  I know David Silver is prolly the go to man for old Honda parts.

Now I really want to go give this man some serious 'chastisement'

Lower brake flexible hose although new looking is perished with cracks. It's giving me grey hairs.

The new parts fitted that meet my standard. Brakes must be 100% or it gets replaced in my book.

and wheel bearings in my book, an engine failure won't necessarily send you off in an accident.

If wheels roll and brakes brake, your sorted

Now the neighbour has seen this 550/4 he is now doing up his CB250N wet dream. So he has dropped his seized up master cylinder, caliper and leaking forks on my doorstep.

Not really giving me much deep joy and happiness, a 250N isn't what I call a "Classic"

This doing up old bikes pox is catching, particularly middle aged men.
