Lol going on a diet before/after xmas, i'll put 3 more on and take 9 off later, smaller portions though that's tough innit.

All things in moderation is my rule, I still look like a chinese racing snake at 57. I had to give up real ale five years ago due to medication, that was very painful, but you get over it.

Was obviously well overweight before, was a bugger at first feeling hungry an all that but no probs now, I try to walk at least two miles a day.

 

Heaps of fresh veg (green & orange only  Rolleyes ) instead of bread and chips a big help - sod all calories.

 

Fresh fruit as a snack instead of crisps & chocolate  :hide: or dare I say cake !!!

 

Asked Santa for new smaller sized jeans & belts for Xmas !!

I recommend full synth 0w/30 oil ? Can take extreme pressures without film breakdown, well that's what it says on the can.
