Giving Up Smoking - Bobajob - 13-06-2010 <!--quoteo(post=166002:date=Sun 13th Jun 2010, 02:23 AM:name=Hartside Man)-->QUOTE(Hartside Man @ Sun 13th Jun 2010, 02:23 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><!--quotec-->however i have noticed the tablets seem to be making me a tad sleepy !<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd--> I found when using the 24hr patches that I was having the wierdest dreams but slept like a log. I find I sleep much sounder since giving up and yes your food tastes so much better but that inevitably leads to you eating more of it but on balance the extra food is unlikely to kill you whereas the fags....! Keep it up guys Giving Up Smoking - Snorvey - 13-06-2010 I packed it in on January the 1st 2000 after 20 odd years of puffing away. As well as picking a memorable date, I found 4mg Nicorette gum (tastes awful, but that actually helps) for 3 months, then 2 mg for another three months mixed in with ordinary chewing gum gradually changing the bias towards ordinary gum. No tabs now, but addicted to sugar free gum! Which give me terrible (or brilliant, depending on your point of view) gas issue. Good luck with it.
