I use a vibratory tumbler machine with crushed walnut shell on soft metals like brass. Just a plastic shaped bowl with a motor and offset weight on rubber springs. No laughing at the back.

We use crushed walnut shell in a blasting cabinet at work, very good at shifting paint but very gentle on aluminium, one of the guys that used to work with us (now retired) uses a tumbler to clean his home castings.

Although slightly off topic for this spot..... Oops!

I seem to have fallen off the supporting members list. It's been a while, though - I'd be glad to donate again if there is a need?

I paid up yesterday via the Paypal link and my subs have gone, but no subscription is logged on my subscriptions page.

Is there something else I'm supposed to do or do I wait for it to clear?
