There was a 16kg bag of self raisin in bookers yesterday, gave it some serious consideration but the logistics of decanting it and posting to carpedians stopped me.

Ahaa now there's a plan. It's gettin everyone to agree on their fave cakey would be tricky. We have such a multi cakey society here.
The above cakey is made with condensed milk apparently. ..I will report back. I just asked momma B what time elevenses is normally and she confirmed my suspicion that it was 8:05 ....so I'm LATE!!

I used to work 12 hour shifts and started at 7am and had a break at 9am then lunch at 12 now the question is that elevenses or nineses or elevenses at nine if i could have had lunch at 1pm and another break would it be nineses and elevensesÂ

They do a thing here where you register online and pay â¬4.99 to pick up a box of random stuff from a bakery or shop just before they close. Up to now it's been bakeries which have always included some nice croissants or cake, but just picked up one from a local supermarket which included 4 amandelkoeken. Thick, soft almond cookies :cake eating: Â
