>>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - Studley Ramrod - 15-04-2021 Should we tell him about checking the engine oil level ? ![]() >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - Gdog - 16-04-2021 Quote:Should we tell him about checking the engine oil level ? I would for sure , itâll save the â HELP Iâve got a weird rumbling noise coming from the bottom endâ post at some point !! LOL !! >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - katdude - 16-04-2021 I'll be checking oil level first thing. I have been round the block a few times. >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - Studley Ramrod - 16-04-2021 I wasn't referring to your maintenance skills katdude, my apologies if you thought I was, it's the need for 3 hands ( 2 for holding the bike and another to shine the torch) to simultaneously balance the bike upright whilst bending over to view the oil window, that I was highlighting.  It's a pain ! But as Gdogg says, vitally important to do during the first months of ownership as some use little oil and some use quite a lot.>>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - katdude - 17-04-2021 Yes, I've gathered it's a bit of a pig with the TDM, but I'll sort it out! ![]() >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - Snowbird - 17-04-2021 Think USB endoscope, cheap off Ebay and run on android, gotta be easier for oil checking. >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - drewpy - 18-04-2021 i've seen a simple LED lamp near the oil sight glass, that way you can at least see what's there as normally have to use a torch >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - Ron3003 - 09-05-2021 Hello!  I'm 27 years old, from the Netherlands and I'm the proud new owner of a 2007 TDM 900. This is my first bike and I started riding because i got very excited about the idea of traveling on it. I was considering the vstrom for a while but in the end I preferred the TDM! So far I'm absolutely in love with it and can't wait to do some touring. It came with a complete set of Givi panniers, thinking of adding some crash protection but it all ready to go! [attachment=o14136] >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - dapleb - 09-05-2021 Hello Ron and welcome, Noice boike! >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - alanfavell - 09-05-2021 Greetings >>> INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE <<< - Gdog - 09-05-2021 Smart looking bike Ron, good find, looks to be in really good condition.
